ok since all my deck are dragon based i will try help you.
1th of all please decide what tipe of dragon deck do u want to have ( red eyes and blue eyes are kinda hard to control, trust me...)
You need mausoleum of the emperor since u dont have to many tribute monsters. Also use Kaibaman to special summon Blue eyes faster. For more info abouth dragon decks use yugioh wikia.
