I think your noone is wrong its non read a real synchro card it will say like this
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

lol but there is some cards like trident dragon which says 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner dragon type monster

and urs says same thing so i wasnt wrong
